We are partnering with a global FTSE100 headquartered in Central London on a Compensation Consultant position.  Reporting into and working closely with the Global Head of Reward, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the reward agenda globally.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background in a specialist Reward or Compensation capacity and keen to focus on a pure Comp position.  Exposure to equity and exec comp is an advantage but not essential.  You will be energetic, innovative, with a commercial interest in Reward, able to research trends and best practice and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders within the business on a global scale
