An excellent opportunity has arisen in a growing Financial Services organisation for a competent compensation specialist to join their Reward team on a 6-9 month contract. This role will be responsible for working in partnership with the EMEA Compensation team to design, implement and monitor total cash compensation programs across the EMEA region. The main responsibilities will include project planning and management of compensation related projects, EMEA Compensation design, incentive modelling/cost analyses and determining implementation requirements and processes. As an EMEA compensation subject matter you will provide strategic consultative services to the lines of business as well as working with the Compensation Manager to identify “code staff” related issues.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive International/EMEA compensation expertise from within a Financial Services organisation. You will also possess strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
