An exciting opportunity has arisen in a fast paced technology company for a HR/Reward Manager. Reporting into the HR Director this role will be responsible for leading and managing the HR Operations team consisting of a Payroll & Benefits Business Partner, HR Operations Advisor and HR Co-ordinator. Responsibilities include identifying best HR services, administration and payroll practices, managing the HR Operations budget, providing annual forecast data for business planning and taking ownership of the HRIS as well as analysing and interpreting a range of management data. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing a compensation strategy, participating in compensation and benefits strategies and overseeing the annual renewal processes.
To be successful in this role you will be technically minded with experience of managing HRIS, delivering payroll and benefits with an understanding of global reward trends and practices. Excellent organisation skills and an adaptable, flexible approach is a must, along with a successful track record of delivering HR related solutions.
