This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced In-House Recruitment Manager to join a leading B2B organisation. The successful candidate will manage a team and the full recruitment life cycle. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders you will form strong relationships to drive talent into all areas of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hands on search and selection activities, supporting and advising business leaders in selection decisions to create a high performing workforce.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfil their recruitment requirements.
  • Creating structured recruitment campaigns ensuring timely end to end attraction and management of candidates.
  • Implementing the Recruitment and Resourcing Strategy.
  • Keeping abreast of the bigger picture and professional developments that relate to recruitment.
  • Managing and developing individuals within your team.
  • Adhering to all relevant recruitment related policies.
  • Building relationships with external sources.
  • Ensuring recruitment activity adheres to budget and cost management without compromising on quality.
  • Developing strong partnership working with other HR colleagues and Stakeholders.
  • Coaching and supporting the development of leaders in all aspects of the recruitment process.

Ideal candidates will come from an in-house recruitment background and will have end to end recruitment experience, a proven track record of delivering recruitment strategy, leadership as well as strong influencing and social media skills.
