Paul is the founder and MD of Eyzon. After starting his career with a global recruiter in 2005, he went on to build his own successful and growing bespoke HR recruitment business in 2010. He’s an advisor and a trusted partner to a range of clients spanning most industry sectors.. Paul is known for his pragmatic and authentic approach to clients and candidates.
He is experienced in recruiting senior level generalist and specialist HR roles with contacts across the North of England, as well as throughout the UK and overseas.
Alister leads the HR practice in the London office. After working for a leading global recruiter and in house at RBS he joined Eyzon in 2016 to grow the business both nationally and internationally. He has a passion for moving HR talent across different industries to broaden the diversity of ideas.
Alister focuses on leadership positions within HR across London, the South East and Europe. His direct and honest approach to searches finds the right balance between speed and value for his clients whilst providing advice and assistance to his candidates.
Annemarie is one of Eyzon’s original members. She keeps full control of the smooth running of the finances, invoicing and credit control at Eyzon. Annemarie leads the support team at Eyzon to make sure that the client and candidate experience is first class.
Jonathan joined the business in 2011, and has more than 10 years’ recruitment experience behind him. He heads up recruitment in the North with a team of 5 excellent consultants he is personally responsible for mid to senior level HR hires across Yorkshire and the wider region.
His specialist areas include L&D, Reward, OD and Resourcing roles as well as broader HR Generalist positions.
Abi is an English Literature graduate with experience of working in support roles in a law firm. She spent 2017 on the move working for Emirates as cabin crew, based out of Dubai. She has returned to Yorkshire and joined Eyzon in early 2018 to provide admin support across both offices.
Alicia is the primary contact in the London office. She’s been working within the recruitment industry for over 15 years, and joined Eyzon back in 2014. Alicia works closely with consultants in administration, managing diaries and liaising with clients and candidates.
Craig joined Eyzon in 2016 to help build the HR practice in the North West. Since starting out in recruitment more than 4 years ago, he has built a first class network of mid to senior level HR candidates and contacts.
Craig’s core specialisms include recruiting L&D, Reward, OD and Resourcing roles as well as broader HR Generalist positions. He has a number of success stories within manufacturing and distribution in particular.
Dan recently joined the Eyzon team to specialise in recruiting for junior level HR roles throughout the Yorkshire market. Dan graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2017.
Emma works on a retained basis with some of the most high profile clients at Eyzon. She has built excellent relationships with multinational FMCG and distribution businesses. And is a highly respected name in the industry.
She has an incredible candidate network and has been a specialist senior recruiter for 18 years, with deep knowledge of the Midlands market.
Fiona is a specialist Reward, HRIS and MI recruiter at Eyzon recruiting for mid to senior roles, with years of international experience. She prides herself on her in depth knowledge of both candidates and clients in the London and South East area and draws from her experience in both the UK and Australian markets to enhance client and candidate journeys.
One of the first Eyzon consultants and a trusted name in HR recruitment. Helen is passionate about piloting long term career progression for candidates. She has helped many HR professionals over the years that have been placed in multiple roles with Eyzon.
Helen’s HR network within the North of England and her experience spans more than 10 years. She takes a special interest in sourcing roles with a good work-life balance or within flexible company environments.
Jayde ensures that everyone is in the right place at the right time here at Eyzon. She manages team schedules, providing diary support for our busy consultants and supporting the entire recruitment process with administrative assistance.
Jayde brings more than 11 years of relevant experience to the business and is a key contact for both offices.
Natasha joined Eyzon in early 2018 as a senior consultant to work with Alister and Sarah recruiting in the mid to senior generalist HR market. She has a strong HR recruitment background in Australia, Ireland and the UK.
Neil has been a recruiter since 2002 and has a strong background in both consultancy and in-house environments in the UK, US and Asia-Pacific markets, giving him a wealth of experience and unmatched international knowledge.
He specialises in mid to senior level HR recruitment in the North.
Sarah joined Eyzon back in 2015 and is a specialist Reward, HRIS and MI recruiter. She has an extensive background in recruitment across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Sarah has a loyal following of mid to senior level candidates and works across a broad range of industry sectors.
Sarah has been in recruitment since graduating from university and has propelled her career through having an authentic and human approach with candidates and clients.
Her focus is on hiring managers and future leaders into HRBP, OD, Talent and Employee relations roles. She is known for her strong, personable relationships with people in her recruitment network. She specialises in roles across London and the South East.
Sophie is fast building her reputation in the HR recruitment market. She has worked in commercial and HR recruitment for over 3 years. She is responsible for mid level HR hires across the Yorkshire area.
Paul is an advisor to Eyzon, with a strong track record of adding value through practical and tailored advice. His goal is to help the business grow through support and expert consultation. He has more than 19 years of experience working with companies and their stakeholders, and has a hands on approach to support the Eyzon leadership team.
