A newly created position has arisen for a Benefits Manager within a complex multi divisional business in Yorkshire. This position is for a mid-level benefits manager, someone who has the experience and autonomy to manage benefits processes end to end (annual renewals with suppliers, operational processes etc).
As the businesses Benefits Manager you would essentially run the benefits process, have autonomy over this and be self-sufficient. There will be challenges in this position within the first year due to changes within the business so ideally the suitable candidate will need to be resilient and focussed. If you have some broader Reward experience that would be advantageous as you would be able to support on other projects when capacity allows.
