A unique opportunity has arisen for a Global Compensation Senior Manager to join a fast paced and exciting organisation.

Reporting into the Global Compensation Director this role will be responsible for helping shape the overall compensation strategy, ensuring executive compensation structures are appropriate to drive and recognise performance.

Other responsibilities will include assisting with the design of a compensation model for Managing Directors as well as the wider employee population, ensuring the attraction and retainment of talent and desired behaviours. You will also provide strategic advice on all compensation issues including market trends, comp structure, comp assessment in new businesses, benchmarking and individual role pricing.

To be successful in this role you must have proven corporate or consulting compensation experience including executive compensation. Experience of Incentive plan KPI assessment and creating balance scorecards is required along with the ability to design creative solutions to ambiguous problems.
