Working with the Operations Director to deliver a comprehensive HR People Service where the people always come first.

You will work together with the leadership team to develop and then deliver the HR business and team engagement Strategy with a clear focus on Talent and development to grow the team in line with industry changes.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Management of work force planning – The right people in the right place at the right time with the right skill base and cost
  • To ensure the Company are fully compliant and agile with Employment Law, Health and Safety and any other Legislation relevant to the People Department.And to offer solutions, recommendations, support, and guidance to the Company in any such matters.
  • To support all the people with employee relation issues and to grow their manager’s to be confident in handling team related issues to achieve the best outcome for both the team member and the business
  • To manage the ‘People’ element of acquisition integration and ensure they stay focused on the right culture
  • To support and develop all of the team who form part of the People Department.
  • Group wide recruitment, talent management and succession planning. Develop a clear plan always looking out 6 months in advance

Person Specification


  • Experience in a Senior HR role
  • In house payroll
  • Recruitment & talent attraction
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Employment Law – updating and ensure the business is compliant
  • Health and Safety – providing advise and support from a people welfare perspective
