London, £80,000 - £100,000 + Car allowance + Equity
We are delighted to be partnering with an industry leading European logistics organisation on a newly created stand-alone Head of Reward and Analytics position. Reporting into a forward thinking pragmatic Group HRD this role will be a key senior member of the leadership team based in London (with some European travel 1-2 trips/month).
Group functions are a relatively new concept to much of the business and as such there is very little infrastructure in place, including no HR system (and little appetite for one). Therefore, Excel expertise is a must. Equally you will also be comfortable with presenting to C-suite level stakeholders and really take an interest in and want to be part of the continued success of this organisation
To be successful in this position, you will bring your depth of reward processes, data modelling, experience managing multiple projects and ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Strong academics are also essential for this opportunity.
