My client is a private professional services business who is looking for an HR Administrator on a contract basis to support the business with comprehensive HR support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the HR department, providing guidance and support on HR related issues and ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations.

Duties Include;

  • Assist in production and maintenance of recruitment systems
  • Administer the new starter and leaver process
  • Recording Annual Leave for all employees
  • Assist in the administration of induction programme for all employees
  • Arranging invites to learning and recruitment events
  • Maintaining and updating employee benefit schemes.
  • Assist in the production, standard formatting and publication of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in the production of standard communications including letters, on line responses and acknowledgements
  • Assist in the production of an effective employee record system and manage electronic and hard copy HR filing systems including a HR database
  • Provide supportive and practical HR assistance when required
  • Attend meetings as HR representative and take minutes
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties/ projects which may be required from time to time
