Role and Responsibilities
- Providing advice to colleagues on people policies and procedures.
- Management of all HR Administration processes and documentation covering the entire colleague employment journey from onboarding to exit.
- Pre-employment checks for all new starters.
- Contribute to HR led projects.
- Updating and maintaining employee records.
- Supporting managers with any employee relations matters.
Person specification:
- Have a professional and engaging approach and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic is key.
- Ability to accommodate changing workload priorities.
- CIPD or Human Resources qualification preferable
- Previous HR experience advantageous
