Role and Responsibilities

  • Providing advice to colleagues on people policies and procedures.
  • Management of all HR Administration processes and documentation covering the entire colleague employment journey from onboarding to exit.
  • Pre-employment checks for all new starters.
  • Contribute to HR led projects.
  • Updating and maintaining employee records.
  • Supporting managers with any employee relations matters.

Person specification:

  • Have a professional and engaging approach and the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic is key.
  • Ability to accommodate changing workload priorities.
  • CIPD or Human Resources qualification preferable
  • Previous HR experience advantageous
