The role offers great experience to challenge and develop you. In fact the reason why there is three positions is internally people have progressed within this organisation.

Key responsibilities Include;

  • Attend, organise and process administration of investigation / disciplinary meetings
  • Collate and manage colleague probation process and attend meetings
  • Ensure all new starters comply with the legal requirements relating to an individuals entitlement to work within the UK
  • To manage the administration of all issues relating to maternity and change of details
  • Carry out welfare meetings and highlight any risks as appropriate
  • Arrange and support flexible working requests in line with current legislation
  • Ensure all personal files are kept up to date
  • Submit regular updates on current and future key responsibilities to the HR Manager
  • Conduct all exit interviews, feeding back comments to the HR Manager and Talent Manager
  • To assist in the administration of the Company’s benefits
  • Support the Talent Manager / HR manager with any HR projects/admin as required

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated candidate with strong, recent HR experience to gain exposure within a forward-thinking business. The ideal candidate will have experience within a HR function and will have knowledge of employment legislation.
