HR Advisors, a new exclusive role has arisen for a tenacious and hardworking individual to join fast paced, dynamic HR team in Leeds.
The successful candidate will provide support on all People related activity and will manage the day to day transactional elements of HR such as, recruitment, ER, absence management, leaning and development and reward. You will also support the business with key HR improvements and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a strong HR generalist with a good understanding of HR practice. You will have experience of dealing with employee relations matters and be a confident decision maker.
