I am recruiting for a HR Business Partner for an award-winning Wealth and Asset Manager. This is a great opportunity to work for a boutique and nimble market-leading company but also that sits as part of a wider global investment bank. You would be supporting a population of c140 and providing a first class HR Business Partnering experience, covering a whole host of HR related duties. These would include, Talent & Resources, Learning & development, Succession planning & Diversity, data & MI reporting, Compensation & Benefits, policy & process revision, Employee Relations … to name a few. This individual will report into the Head of HR and have the support of a HR Assistant. They will be expected to get involved both hands on and operational, as well as strategically and work on various high profile projects across the business. This role requires someone comfortable with a healthy split and who is happy to pick up some administrative tasks when needed.
The role sits within a heavily regulated environment and so this individual will be expected to manage training and competency requirements for regulated individuals including CF30 applications to the FCA and Fit and Proper adherence for all regulated and non-regulated individuals. This will also involve adherence to the regulation such as MiFID II, Senior Managers Certification Regime, Gender Pay Gap Reporting and Gender Data Protection Regulation. That in mind, this individual needs to be strong on excel, strong with data and reporting and previous experience working in a regulated environment.
