Our client is part of a major international group who are revolutionising their industry.  As part of a restructure they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to be based out of their site in Norfolk.  Partnering the Operations Manager you will be responsible for all HR activity at the site and also work with the HRD and broader HR team on a major change programme across the business.

 Ideally you will be a graduate and CIPD qualified with experience as a HRBP within a large, industrial, unionised business.  You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of culture change as well as the ability to provide an exceptional HR offering to the business you are supporting.  A positive and pragmatic approach is also important as is the ability to operate with a commercial understanding.  This is a really exciting time to join this organisation and could be a great opportunity for the right individual.
