My client is a growing B2B professional services organisation who is looking for an HR Manager to come on board. As a HR Manager you will play a key role in the design and delivery of people solutions, supporting the achievement of growth and improving employee engagement levels.
As well as providing expert guidance on all HR-related issues including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance management, you will lead on key project work, pulling together proposals for improvements and supporting with the design and implementation of HR initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will be a strong HR generalist with a broad understanding of ER, engagement and change. You must be able to demonstrate excellent skills in successfully engaging, influencing and working across a diverse audience and you will have operated within a commercially-focussed organisation.
