Working for one of the world’s leading firms in their area this great opportunity is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of HR activities.

Responsibilities include creating a people strategy and plan that is aligned to the business plan and reflects the organisation’s strategic goals.

Duties will include working with the business to devise a talent management approach for the group, supporting the relativity in performance reviews, managing the career development of the employees, acting as the escalation point for employee relations issues.

The successful candidate will have proven HR experience in either Professional Services or blue-chip organisations with skills in talent, change, engagement, ER and performance management. You will be commercially aware, analytical and have the ability to build trust and respect along with possessing strong influencing skills.
