Our client is a leading UK business who is looking for an individual to join their team who will be responsible for managing a team of 6 directly and influencing many others. You will oversee all the transactional HR activity for the UK business and manage the outsourced payroll provider. The role in addition to managing the team is very focused on process improvement and looking at the quality of the management information and how it is used.
You could currently be in a wide variety of roles but key to the success of this individual is the ability to make change happen within the team. There are only limited systems so you will need to creative with how you deliver the solution but the focus is a need for someone to work with data, make sure that the information is accurate and traceable and that the processes that are in place work and are simple to follow. If you are someone who is currently in a HR Shared Services role or indeed a HR Generalist role but feel you have skills to make a difference this a is a great opportunity now and will grow and develop in the future.
