We are partnering with a truly global FinTech company a HR Business Partner/HRBP position. Reporting into and working closely with the HRD for Corporate Functions, you will be responsible for a small global population.

This is a functional HRBP position working with a global population to develop and drive a culture and engagement plan. You will also be very data centric and comfortable analysing people data to identify trends and areas of opportunity for the business in partnership with colleagues in the CoE. This is a full generalist remit in an incredibly fast paced environment with a clear transformation and growth HR strategy to work towards.

The successful candidate will have a strong HRBP background from a large global matrix organisation (open to industry), be comfortable in a very fast paced and ambiguous organisation, will excel at building relationships with the business quickly and a flexible and can-do attitude is a must. Ideally you will also have change management experience.
