We are partnering with a highly regarded Professional Services organisation on an urgent requirement for an experienced Reward Consultant to join the business. Reporting into and working very closely with the Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for providing benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluations, coordinate the bonus and salary review process and offering general support to the global Reward team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in a specialist Reward or Compensation capacity ideally within a global organisation, have experience working with salary surveys (e.g. Towers Watson, Mercer, HAY, McLagan), strong on Excel and be a confident communicator .
