I am working with a fast-moving, innovative FMCG business who are looking to hire a stand-alone Internal Communications Manager, to report into and be part of the wider people team.

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the already existing internal communications plan, as well as coming up with fresh ideas on how to engage with staff and hard to reach audiences across the business.

It’s imperative that you have experience of dealing with change programmes and can adapt new toolkits to support this.
