Junior HR Business Partner
My client, a unique professional services organisation and a leader in their field has an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to support business managers and HR teams within this growing directorate. Working closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure the effective implementation of the HR strategy, you will also work with heads of departments to ensure the effective delivery of key business strategies.
Supporting multiple stakeholders, you will work in partnership to develop commercially viable solutions ensuring customer outcomes are met as well as having full involvement in key HR projects. Working with specialised HR teams to ensure the best practice, you will provide an operational HR service and be the key interface between the business and HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a large professional organisation and will have operated within a commercial environment. You will be resilient and familiar with working in a regulated environment and previous experience should demonstrate providing higher level HR support to the business.
