Junior HR Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to support the business managers and the HR team within this growing business. Working closely with the Managing Director to ensure the effective implementation of the HR strategy, you will also work with heads of departments to ensure the effective delivery of key business strategies.
Supporting multiple stakeholders, you will work in partnership to develop commercially viable solutions ensuring customer outcomes are met as well as having full involvement in key HR projects. You will provide an operational HR service and be the key interface between the business and HR function.
The ideal candidate will be resilient and familiar with working in a regulated environment and have proven previous experience in providing higher level HR support to the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced, front end operation undergoing rapid and continued change.
