To lead the recruitment process for Partners and provide a strategic advisory support on the recruitment of associates and staff for the 4 UK Offices and assist with legal recruitment in Asia, Europe and the Middle East, as required.
The role will work closely with the Chief HR Officer and HR Directors, to ensure recruitment needs are aligned with business requirements. The role will work alongside key stakeholders within the business including the Managing Partner for EMEA, Office Managing Partners, Practice Group Leaders, the Legal Personnel Committee and the HR team to plan and source suitable candidates in accordance with business needs.
To manage strategic and opportunistic recruitment opportunities in line with firm growth plans.
Although the home office of this role is flexible, regular travel throughout the UK and Europe is expected. Travel further afield may be required from time to time. Visibility with key stakeholders will be incredibly important.
Key stakeholders include – HR, EMEA Managing Partner, Office Managing Partners, Practice Group Leaders, Sector Heads and the Legal Personnel Committee.

This job description is not just limited to the above, as from time to time there may be changes in service requirements or assistance with ad hoc or annual project work that the team may get involved in.
The successful candidate will have experience of recruiting at senior management level, as well as having strong interviewing and interpersonal skills with a disciplined approach to systems and administration. Professional Services recruitment experience is essential, ideally experience of working in a large firm with multiple offices.
Experience in social media attraction methods is essential as well as being able to demonstrate an excellent network of contacts within the industry.
