We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Global Technology organisation on a newly created Reward/Compensation and Benefits Consultant position. With dual reporting lines into an exceptional forward-thinking HR Director based in the UK and a Global Compensation Director based in Europe.
This role is based in the UK, 40 mins from Central London and very accessible on public transport, plenty of desirable commutable locations to live.
This role is based in offices currently going through a full modernisation – including break out spaces, table tennis, pool tables and sit-stand up desks to name a few changes. The office is very social including an active football team, running club, quiz nights, regular Yoga and Pilates. This role will also involve some European travel (including Paris).
You will be responsible for a remit of approximately 2000 highly intellectual individuals across the EMEA region covering a broad Compensation and Benefits remit.
To be successful in this position, you will bring your proven Compensation or Reward experience working in a global matrix organisation and have previously covered locations wider than France, be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and liaising with a diverse multicultural population.
