London + Home based, £60,000 - £80,000
We are partnering exclusively with a FTSE250 on a newly created Reward Consultant / Manager position. This position will work closely with the Reward Director, face off to the business and Exec stakeholders. The Reward function is going through a complete overhaul and is certainly not a ‘well oiled machine’, which means there is a significant amount on the agenda.
We are looking for individuals comfortable with ambiguity, change and who are keen to bring their Reward expertise to help transform the function and bring some sophistication to Reward.
The successful candidate will have a strong Reward / Compensation or Benefits background, will be comfortable building relationships with the business quickly and a flexible and can-do attitude is a must.
Location for this position is 4 days week working from home and 1 day in London, only apply for this if you are comfortable with this set up.
