A leading global company is looking for a Senior Reward Specialist on an interim basis to join their team. Reporting to the Director of EMEA Reward, the main responsibilities for this assignment  will be to support the effective delivery of reward projects as well as contributing to the EMEA reward communications strategy and reward cycles. We are looking for individuals with in depth International/EMEA reward management experience with strong customer focus and a track-record of leading planning processes.
You will have excellent analytical skills and as well as possessing well-developed technical reward experience in all reward areas including base pay, variable pay and benefits.
