A newly created opportunity has arisen with a dynamic, fast paced, global organisation for a Talent Management Leader. This role will line manage four team members and ensure the smooth running of the talent management process. Responsibilities include taking the lead on tackling career development related issues and ensuring the consistency of talent policies/procedures/decision-making across offices including London, Amsterdam and Brussels.
Other duties include managing a performance improvement plan as well as having responsibility for pipeline of employees, ensuring appropriate training is in place. You will also be involved in the rolling out of global and local initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will possess prior management experience and come from an HR/talent management/performance development background. Degree qualified with a further HR qualification is desired as well as experience of working within a professional services environment.
